The person Andr¨¦ Schelbach brings artistic ambition and healthy Pragmatismus to a common denominator. ¡¡¡¡Andre schelbach was born in 1969 in Detmold , NRW, Germany . He had an economy engineer diploma and a degree from the artistic academy in Stuttgart . Its praxis in Japan made him familiar with the Asiatic tradition. With this background he makes the draft for the furniture. After working several years by J¨¹rgen Lange Design (Interl¨¹bke, Cor, Behr) , he is now on his own. The s-designteam GmbH & co.kg was set up in 1975, ranks among the first addresses in Germany , if it concerns the box furniture and shelf systems. Also as Creator for beds or flexible-combinable unit furniture series the designer made a name for himself. With the training as carpenters he is not only able to create the everyday things practically, but also optically attractive and to develop new storage-possibility. At the same time he has mastered the whole range of modern and classical styles, from which he creates his own stylistic idiom. His furniture is suitable to the most different ideas of furniture harmoniously. |
